Mary Louise Parker, the Weeds Star, Adopted a Kid from Africa
The name of Mary Louise Parker, the 44 year old gorgeous lady, is not new to the fans of American TV. The femme fatale has secured a nice niche in the hearts of people with her brilliant performances on several TV projects such as Showtime Network’s hit series Weeds.
Moreover, she has always managed to be in news. Do you know that she has adopted a baby from Africa? Consequently, she becomes the single mother of two kids. The lady had been dreaming to adopt children since her childhood, thinking that it would help her to do something for the poor people in the world. It was 2007 when Mary Louise Parker flew to America and adopted a baby girl named Caroline “Ash” Aberash. Ultimately, William Atticus, her 5 year old son from her relationship with actor Billy Crudup, has his little sister, the two year old infant. While talking to People.com, Mary shared her experience “I would daydream about it all the time. I thought about the fact that there were children who didn’t have anything, and I felt like I could help. It was something that weighed on me. It (adopting Aberash) was something I did for the world and for my son and then for me. And when I say the world, I also mean my daughter. Once I knew her, she became part of that”.
Well, bringing up two kids is not an easy deal when the mother is a famous actress. The lady also confessed so “It’s hard raising two kids as a single person; it’s a lot of pressure”. But still the lady is happy with the job she’s supposed to do by the destiny. In an interview given to a private channel, Mary said that she enjoys motherhood more than anything else, even acting also.
For Mary Louise Parker, her kids are the coolest people she has ever met and having both of them is reason enough to live happily. We wish the family tons of happiness. Earlier this year, Mary’s relationship with actor Jeffery Dean Morgan came to an end and she is single since then.
